Please read these terms carefully before using our custom display manufacturing services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our custom display fixture manufacturing services, including but not limited to design consultation, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery services.
2. Service Description
We provide custom display fixture manufacturing services including:
- Custom design and engineering of retail display fixtures
- Manufacturing using various materials (metal, wood, plastic, glass, etc.)
- Quality control and international certification compliance
- Global shipping and logistics services
- Technical support and consultation
All products are manufactured in our facilities located in China and Vietnam, meeting international standards including CE, UL, RoHS certifications.
3. Order Process & Payment Terms
Quotation Process: We provide quotes within 48 hours based on your specifications, drawings, or requirements.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed quotation and deposit payment.
Payment Terms:
- 30-50% deposit required to start production
- Balance payment before shipment
- Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or other agreed methods
- All bank charges are borne by the respective parties
4. Production & Delivery
Lead Time: Standard production time is 15-25 working days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
Shipping: We offer various shipping methods including sea freight, air freight, and railway transport. Delivery terms are agreed upon order confirmation.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Quality Assurance & Warranty
We guarantee that all products will:
- Meet the specifications agreed upon in the quotation
- Comply with applicable international standards and certifications
- Be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date
Warranty Claims: Must be reported within 7 days of discovery with photographic evidence. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse, normal wear, or modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
Customer Designs: You retain ownership of your original designs and specifications provided to us.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer designs, specifications, and business information.
Manufacturing Rights: By placing an order, you grant us the right to manufacture products according to your specifications for your exclusive use.
Third-Party Rights: You warrant that your designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Cancellation & Returns
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production starts with written notice. Cancellation after production commencement will incur charges for work completed.
Returns: Custom-manufactured products are generally not returnable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications or contain manufacturing defects.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after approval.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
